Product Description
Rock Wool Board is made from basalt, an inorganic raw material. It is produced by heating basalt at 1350˚C - 1400˚C and centrifuging it at high speed into fibers. Advanced three-dimensional production technology is used. Then, a few binding agents are added, and it is shaped by thermal curing.
It is lightweight and easy to install, mainly used for thermal and acoustic insulation. Products are widely applied in building exterior walls, curtain-wall roofs, industrial and civil buildings, composite core boards, marine bulkheads, and fire-door cores.

❓
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can you provide samples for testing?
A: Yes, we offer FREE SAMPLES. They are typically sent within 1-3 days after freight payment confirmation.
Q2: What is the typical lead time for an order?
A: The lead time is generally 7-15 days after receipt of advanced payment, depending on the order quantity.
Q3: Do you support OEM and custom packaging?
A: Yes, we support neutral packing and OEM services. Please note that customers bear the cost of OEM packaging.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard terms are 30% advance payment and 70% before delivery via TT. LC is also acceptable for large-value orders.
Q5: What is the main difference between Rock Wool and Glass Wool?
A: Rock wool withstands up to 1000°C while glass wool melts at 600°C. Rock wool is denser (40-200kg/m³) compared to glass wool (8-100kg/m³).
Q6: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We follow a strict inspection process including Raw Material Inspection, Production Process Tracking, and Final Factory Inspection.
