📝 Product Overview

The Wooden Timber Acoustic System utilizes aesthetically pleasing wood plank panels to create exquisite wall and ceiling treatments. The system focuses on creating high-performance acoustical products with an exceptional visual appearance.

With perforated panels, it is possible to achieve installations that meet high levels of absorption and a superior aesthetic standard at a competitive cost. Using different patterns and groove widths, varying levels of absorption and diverse aesthetic results can be obtained.

Acoustical Wooden Acoustic Panels come in a variety of configurations to meet all acoustical requirements. They balance sound reflection and absorption through precise perforations. Using perforated rigid materials in conjunction with absorptive backings allows for aesthetically pleasing finishes while providing excellent acoustic performance.

Our production process selects wood veneers sliced from hand-picked logs bonded to fire-retardant medium density fiberboard. A manufacturing application of two coats of UV polyacrylate lacquer ensures consistent quality for each panel on every project. The reverse side of each panel features a layer of felt acoustic textile.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary base materials used for these panels?
The panels are constructed using high-quality E0 or B1 grade MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) or HDF (High Density Fiberboard), and can also be made with Magnesium composite materials.
Can these panels be used for both walls and ceilings?
Yes, they are designed for both applications. Standard wall measures are typically 2440x1200mm or 2400x600mm, while ceiling plates often use 1200x600mm or 600x600mm dimensions.
What fire and eco-friendly ratings do the panels meet?
Our perforated wooden acoustic panels meet the B1 fireproof grade and E1 eco-friendly standards, ensuring safety and sustainability for indoor environments.
How does the perforation affect sound quality?
The perforations allow the panels to balance sound reflection and absorption. Depending on the model (e.g., P316 to P916), the NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) ranges from 0.85 to 0.92.
What is the best way to install these wooden acoustic panels?
Common installation methods include using a U-card system, aluminum keels with clips, or mounting them to a wood frame using gun nails.
Can I use water to clean the panels?
No, you should avoid using water or damp cloths at all costs. Water can affect the stability and finish of the veneer. Use a dry soft cloth and a quality furniture polish instead.
