Key Mechanism & Seals

Easy lock-up set Retractable Pressure Seals

Retractable Pressure Seals: Once the panel is positioned, they are sealed in place with retractable pressure seals. Top and bottom seals are extended and retracted by a single 180°turn removable operating handle.

Telescopic Sleeve Panel: Final closure of the wall is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel. The rubber sealing strip on the side edge of telescopic panel can seal the wall tightly to reach acoustic integrity.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is the movable partition soundproof?
Yes, our systems are engineered for soundproofing. We use various acoustic fillings and seals to achieve ratings from 36dB to 56dB, depending on the panel thickness and project requirements.
2. How is the partition supported?
The system is top-hung, meaning it is supported by an overhead track. No floor tracks are needed. A support steel structure must be built on-site to carry the full weight of the wall.
3. What surface finishes are available?
We offer a wide range of finishes including melamine, laminate, wood veneer, fabric, leather, and even professional sound-absorbing perforated boards.
4. What is the typical lead time?
Depending on the project area and customization requirements, the lead time usually ranges from 25 days to 90 days.
5. How are the products packed for transport?
We use corrugated paper packaging and MDF batten covers for all corners. Panels, tracks, and fittings are packed separately to ensure safety during sea transport.
6. What is the warranty for the partition system?
We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering the frame, hardware, and accessories under correct operation. Replacement parts are provided in case of quality issues.
