During production, laser cutting is first performed according to the design drawings to accurately shape the shape; then the components are firmly spliced together through welding; then surface treatment is performed, such as brushing, mirror polishing or etching patterns; finally, assembly quality inspection is completed to ensure accurate size and firm structure before delivery.

We typically use international brands of paint such as Akzo, PPG, Tiger, and Jotun. Our surface treatments include PVDF (fluorocarbon coating), powder coating, general painting, electroplating, and anodizing.
