How long is the warranty time?
The warranty is 5 years. The service life of the product is more than 15 years.
What is your payment term?
Our payment term is by T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance must be paid by T/T before shipment. Our price is based on EXW, FOB, or CIF.
How can I get free samples?
Please let us know the color you are interested in and we can provide you with small piece free samples in stock, usually prepared within 3 days. Freight charge is taken by the customer.
How long is your lead time?
We have sufficient production capacity and inventory, and can normally deliver within 7-15 days.
Can we customize the dimensions?
Yes, we provide customized sizes including widths of 400mm/600mm and various lengths to meet your decoration needs.
